  Have bought cars and had repairs and M.O.T's over the years to be treated like a dumb female.
  Failed M.O.T last week on wheel valve stems and advisory tyres. To go back today after new tyres and valves fitted. To be charged a retest fee because their mechanic would not cut off cable ties and move hub cap from squashing a valve!!! Anyone can do that!! And they had not done valves. The guy behind desk said GT Tyres would do them for me.
  Almost like he sudgested that to charge me a retest charge, B.....D!
  He only charged me £10 and not the £19.99 but still an insult and a scam.
  Very angry and won't be using Robert's garage again.
